If you change your mind, within 2 calendar months of your purchase we will be happy to give you a full refund, credited to the card used in the original sales transaction.

• You have up to 2 calendar months after the date of delivery to return any CJ·314 item purchased from our website. Just contact the shop directly via our contact page or by sending us a message to hello@cj314.com. Unless you want to, you do not have to provide the reason for return.
• In order to guarantee refund, the returned products must be in perfect condition, without any obvious signs of use. Used or damaged goods will not be refunded. It is your responsibility to provide suitable packaging to ensure that the product reaches us in perfect condition. If possible, it's best to use the original box your order was packed in on arrival.

How to make a return

• Contact us and request a pre-paid return label.
• Securely pack the item and affix the return label to the package.
• Take your package to the drop off point and get proof of posting. The return postage will be paid by us.
• When we receive the return, we will inspect the returned item for signs of wear and send you confirmation of the return.
• We will issue your refund, according to our returns and refunds policy, within 5 working days.

Please note we can only refund the cost of return postage if you use our pre-paid returns label.
